Teams let multiple people access your Posthook account with role-based permissions. You can manage your team in the Dashboard under Settings > Team.

Roles

RoleDescription
AdminFull access. Can manage billing, team members, and all project settings.
MemberCan create, view, and manage hooks, sequences, and projects. Cannot access billing or team management.
There must always be at least one admin. The last remaining admin cannot be removed or demoted.
To transfer account ownership, invite the new owner as an admin. Once they accept, they can remove the original admin.

Admin-only actions

  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Invite, remove, or change roles of team members
  • Delete the account

Inviting members

  1. Go to Settings > Team in the Dashboard.
  2. Click Invite Member and enter their email address.
  3. The invitee receives an email with a link to join your account.
Invitees must verify their email address before accepting the invitation. If they don’t have a Posthook account, they’ll be prompted to create one.
Pending invitations can be revoked from the Team settings page before they are accepted.

Audit log

All significant actions are recorded in the audit log, accessible from Settings > Team > Audit Log. Tracked actions include:
  • Team member additions and removals
  • Role changes
  • Project creation and deletion
  • Billing changes
  • API key and signing key rotations
Each entry shows who performed the action, what changed, and when.

Limits

  • Maximum 25 team members per account.
